Pad soo-ki haeng

Pad soo-ki haeng, stir-fried suki, is an unique dish in the old days Chinese immigrants to Siam (Thailand) created with the left-over from suki hot-pot. Nowadays ingredients no more taken from left-over, but all fresh ingredients consist of wun-sen (mung bean clear noodles), cabbage, morning glory, CN green onion, eggs and meat/seafood (stir-fried with suki sauce). Pad soo-ki haneg can be eaten with rice, or alone as an one dish menu.

Soo-ki nam

Similar to pad soo-ki haeng, but in its soup form. Soo-ki nam can be eaten with rice, or alone as an one dish menu like pad soo-ki haeng.
