.
A hearty meal at Starbucks
Now Starbucks serves a hearty dine-in Italian meal on beautiful tableware (take away is available, in plastic lunch box), at its Exchange Tower branch; it is the first concept restaurant of Starbucks in Thailand, while it is also the first in Asia.

This looks like a Thai fusion restaurant or a Tapas bar to me.
Guessing game return! This place looks like it is a high class cafe, not a formal restaurant. So French or Italian is not likely the answer. Maybe Thai fusion or Tex-Mex, but most likely it shall be a tapas bar.
What is the prize?
New York style French. :)
Table is small, it is like a pub or lounge also have food. I think it only serves light meal, so I guess it is tapas food.
I also think it is a Spanish tapas bar.
Hurray some fun guessing game again.
I guess it is either Thai Fusion or Tapas Bar based on the style.
For sure not NY style French ha ha ha.
Judging from its interior and style, I agree that it is a restaurant of NY style French or Spanish tapas bar, and I guess it is a tapas bar.
I also guess that it is Spanish tapas.
The food is similar to Dean and Deluca and Patio, but in photos here the food looks better. Gloria Jean's and Starbucks are out of the question. This interior is very close to Au Bon Pain, and it served light meal for long time already. So this new restaurant is definitely that is Au Bon Pain.
Yo
Har Italian Restaurant? You really got us all. This is fun.
OK, I either 2 or 3 then.
Impossible. The table is so small. Well if it is Italian, I guess it is Patio and Blue Cup, the look of food quite same there.
I think it is Dean and Deluca, it serves full meal since last year. So this is the new branch of it.
The dishes for sure don't look like they are made by S&P. The deco. of this place doesn't look like Dean and Deluca. So I think it's Au Bon Pain.
Me guess, it is Au Bon Pain. Sure!
The decoration can be either Au Bon Pain or Gloria Jean's, but I don't think it is GJ since she cannot even brew a good cup of coffee or make a decent fruits smoothie, so that no way that she can cook. The guess is - Au Bon Pain.
Hey, you didn't tell me, what is my prize?
Very funny, game again. I ate at Patio before. I think it is Patio la.
Har, Starbucks? You really got all of us.
Cannot imagine Starbucks has such a good Italian food for dine in.
Also cannot imagine the first Italian dine-in is in BKK instead of HKK.
That means the Thai market is very big and profitable. Amazing.
Thank you for the fun game that got us all.
@Stella, did you mean HK or HKG for Hong Kong? As HKK is for Hokitika (airport). I noticed that See did mention it once.
Yes Anonymous,
I did mean Hong Kong.
Oh it is Starbucks. Amazing!
When we look back, McDonald's has taro pie and KFC has Macau's egg tart and congee. It's no surprise Starbucks will go for this surprising offer. Hurray!
Next time, we will see if Burger King's sell Hainan's chicken rice and Swenson's sell hot pot....etc.
@Sea: those r just snacks; Starbucks does more, serves full meal.
Finally it is Starbucks serving lunch food. From your photos, they are real meal, not just fast food or simple meal that is sold in HK. So this is a restaurant by Starbucks, really nice!
