Somtum Der is a clean and modern somtum (spicy shredded raw papaya salad of Issan style) joint with her debut in Silom area few months ago; the air-conditioning and comfortable ambiance do not wash down the authentication and genuine flavor of this Issan street food - somtum.

Funny that Somtum salad is not popular in LA.
So this is a hi-so somtum shop at Saladaeng! I have heard that the owner is also a shareholder from Minibar Royale.
The place looks very comfortable. For sure I'll try it as it's in Saladaeng. :)
A comfort and clean place to eat somtum is very nice, at least small chance for people to get food poison.
No fish no yummy.
