One of Thailand loved delis, gai yang or Issan grilled chicken.
In Hong Kong, the Issan grilled chicken was wrongfully named Pattaya grilled chicken by Hong Kong restaurateurs , with a reason. Wanna know why?

Yes, you told me once but I would leave it for your explanation again. I like Gai Yang too, especially Gai Bann. :)
I think the reason is Pattaya is famous of chicken so HK Restaurants named it Pattaya Grilled Chicken instead of Issan Grilled Chicken.
This one looks good too.
I like the map you shown so we know exactly where and it is.
This place is expensive and over-rated.
