Fascinated wings
All that is necessary for a bowl of noodle soup to stay on the right track is on the broth, real pork bone or chicken bone (or both) simmered broth, without the use of MSG. Sai Nam Phueng Noodle Shop on Sukhumvit belt, a small eatery renowned for her noodle soup, topped with braised chicken wings, has the broth marvelously done. Toppings like fish balls, tofu balls and (of course) braised chicken wings were made from fine ingredients, and made my bowl of noodle shine.

I did not eat this kind of simple but good noodle soup for a long time.
It is like going back to my high school days in HK.
Good food can be simple too. Just a bowl of chicken wing or fish ball noodle soup. Good and cheap.

When I looked at those chicken feet, I feel that why some Chinese eating culture things can be appreciated. See how all the parts of the poultry can be consumed to the maximum. On the contrary, this kind of eating is considered as disgusting. So disgusting or environmental is just on what someone pick it to be.

Wow chicken feet, yummy! The fish ball and chicken wing look nice, must be delicious to eat.
