Though I haven't yet seen the photos, I am pretty sure this restaurant has some nice food to its guests. :)

Good to see blogger has the photo flipping function. Should have been here years ago.

Last month, I noticed if we click on the photo, then a new page showing a bigger photo on the center with a bottom row of smaller photos for you to flip (scroll) for enlarging the photo you wanna see. Don't know why it was then off for a month. Last night I noticed it's back again. Let me know if it works on your side, as I am not sure if it's related to the browser. :)

The crab stir fried with ginger and scallion looks very nice. The prime rib is also nice as I can tell from the evenly cooked texture and not over burnt on the side leaving the inner part so uncooked.

Yummy yummy food and nice slide show. I like the book flipping presentation.
Yes the food is so good for this price. It is worth to try at least once. I like this place more than Lord Jim. But Chris prefers Lord Jim(because he likes the sashimi there).
Thank you TC for the good food, good memory and the good slide show.

I see broad selection of seafood here, this is really a scrumptious buffet. Last week I went to that Shun No Mai Japanese buffet on Soi Thonglor, so terrifying, I should have listened to TC.

@ Sea: oh yes (now) i can flip to watch pics too, i didn't aware that until u mentioned, thanks

the prime roast was very good though it is just Aussie meat, it is the best piece of roast beef i ate in any regular buffet deal, can forget about Lord Jims' roller coaster quality roast

the curry crab is SG flavor, very flavorful and good too

pics here just shown part of what we ate, i was so busy eating that night, so didn't take all the dishes we ate ..

@Stella: we still can go to Lord Jims with Chris, and that would be the only occasion i will return to LJ for its lunch buffet

@Nina: oh u asked for it, still u r the lucky one, didn't go to toilet ten times after eating at Shun No Mai .. hehe

Yes the prime rib is quite good for this cheap price.
yes Chris said Lord Jim has the best buffet in BKK.

Lord Jim's cold buffet is still very nice but the roast table is so so. In fact, I prefer the a-la-carte of verandah. Oct. is their vegetarian season. Time to get a veg. Pad Thai. :)

Veggie season in October. I feel bad for the six of you.

BTW, we went to Birthday dinner tonight at New Lucky in Monterey Park. Their Geoduck is only $6.99 per lb and it is so fresh. We do sashimi style.
The lobster is $5.99 buy one get one free. But since we picked the Geoduck then we cannot get lobster for this price.
And the curry crab is $19.99 US and it is considered "special" already.

We have eaten here before, very good buffet. TC, no fish!

Veggie season is just for more choices of veggie. You can still eat meat.

Fish burger, the buffet suppose to hv Pacific snow fish, but couldn't find it that night! next time if i still cannot find it, i will launch a complaint to the hotel, as this item is clearly printed in the restaurant promotion post card which can be picked up at the Espresso entrance, Pacific snow fish is incl. in the Fri & Sat evening seafood buffet, at THB 1,499++
