Niyom is the only place on Silom Road we may enjoy decent Chinese Tieochew khao-tom dining.

yes it is very local Tieochew rice soup joint, considered high-so one
unlike those khao-tom shops along the road, Niyom is clean and offer real choices of Tieochew delis, though not cheap (but yet expensive)!
It looks like this place was the shop of "Tung Lai Shun" in this Silom Plaza, right?
Niyom is there since Silom Plaza had been built,it is opposite Green Bamboo (formerly Tong Lai Sun)
