Thailand quietly became the center of gourmet and spas. In recent years Bangkok is rising as the capital of the World's kitchen. Wanna join me to explore the Kingdom? Bakudanya
BANGKOK AMAZING GOURMET
.
Explosion in mouth
Hiroshima is famous for its spicy tsukemen (kind of dipping ramen that noodles and spicy soup served separately). At Bakudanya, we can choose the level of spiciness for tsukemen, from 0 to 20. For level 20 one may feel the explosion in his/her mouth.
For me, I opted for the non-spicy chashumen, with choices of small, medium and large sized ramen. I chose the small sized one. Slices of pork at Bakudanya are lean one rather than the normal fatty chashu served at other ramen joints. Ramen is (too) soft rather than (a bit) chewy. I still prefer the traditional shio or shoyu ramen rather than this Hiroshima accent one. Of course, tonkotsu ramen of Kyushu accent is my all time favorite, but not available at Bakudanya.

welcome back, been anticipating your posts.
Yes good for your readers.
SS
The cold noodle I took is not bad, but what amazed us is the rice roll in seaweed. Interesting we will come here for this rather than for the noodle. :)
The rice roll in seaweed is the best part of my meal.
This size of the rice roll in J Town would cost $4-5 US per piece.
the "new" 6th floor is not that interesting, best restaurants r still the "old" Uta-andon, and Saboten on 6th ..
