T.S. Cuisine

Southern comfort

By the restaurant's facade appearance and clientele, I was once been misled that T.S. Cuisine is a 'tourist-class' restaurant. So for many years I didn't bother to give it a straight look, until my foodie friend reminded me that my prejudice is probably not realistic.

Recently the Northern runoffs threatening the capital scared foreign tourists away from Bangkok, and it is locals eating at T.S. Cuisine; indeed it serves authentic and affordable Thai cuisine with a solid Southern twist on the home-cooking approach. Within a month, I went there several times, with my local friends and my visiting friends in separate occasions. They all love the food there.

the food is nice here, but pls be reminded that southern Thai cuisine is more spicy than Thai food in general, ask the chef to cook it spicy-light or spicy-zero if u r not ready for very spicy food .. *_* and order a Pepsi

It is good to eat spicy food or hot pot then follow with a can of Coke. Very sensational.

Southern cuisine, quite special, most of the dishes are not familiar to me. The sea bass looks nice and the fish soup must be full of flavour.

Fish Burger really pays attention to all the fish dishes.

the ethnic ppl southern cuisine is very spicy, but the Thai-Chinese part of southern food is not .. we can always find some non-chili dishes in the menu *_* like the stew pork belly with braise sauce, is a famous dish in Phuket and Hadyai
