Sukhumvit off-steam railway dining

Rosabieng, or dining car in a train. Lesson one to Thai cuisine for first time visitors.

The food do taste good!


1. fried marinated chicken in pandanus leaves wrapper (gai hor bai toey)
2. Thai eggplant salad Thai style (yum makhuea yaao)


3. stir-fried bitter gourd stem (phad pak yod mara)
4. red curry with roasted duck meat (kaeng phet ped yang)


5. deep-fried king fish with sweet and spicy green mango dressing (pla samlee)
6. home-made coconut cream ice cream (i-tim kati)

1. this is not a railway station
2. the food here is much better than the LA Union Amtrak Station II catering service from Panda Express

soi 11 Suk? Very busy there. I miss Citadines there as that's the last time our Angel stayed in BKK...

They even put a mini model railway system in the restaurant. Good for the railway fans.

the reason is the owner loves train, her family business is related to train, and her family house is opposite a railway station - the Samsen station

We passing through this railway restaurant many times. So food is Thai food lesson one? I am on lesson ten already!

Yes fish burger is on Thai food lesson ten, but there is a total of one hundred lessons to catch up with .. :-)
